To guide this growth in the right direction, we are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who understands how a financial administration should run and enjoys keeping everything well-organized.
What will you do?
- Processing purchase and sales invoices in the administration.
- Managing creditors and debtors: monitoring and following up on outstanding items.
- Checking and booking bank transactions and other financial mutations.
- Entering invoices.
- Answering customer questions about invoices and payments.
- Supporting the finance team with administrative processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Who are we looking for?
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- You are proactive and see what needs to be done.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and with clients.
- Experience with financial administration is a plus.
- You are available 32–36 hours per week.
