In Hoogeveen, Pearl Capital has financed a development location. The developer is realizing five new-build homes for sale at the location.
The semi-detached houses consist of two floors and have an integral garage. Two semi-detached corner houses complete the row. Additionally, on the plots, there is space for a spacious front and back garden, with extra storage space included. All houses have a green view, due to the park at the front and the water that borders the back garden.
